## Services

Delyqon provides business research and lead generation reports using publicly available information.

## Delivery

Reports are delivered within 48–72 hours after payment unless otherwise stated.

## Refunds

If work has not started, customers may request a full refund.

Once research has begun or the report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

## Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information when submitting requests.
