By purchasing Delyqon Account Opportunity Research, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Delyqon provides business research and prospect intelligence reports using publicly available information.

Delyqon reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be completed due to insufficient publicly available information or legal restrictions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Delivery

Reports are delivered within 48–72 hours after payment unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Customers may request a full refund before Delyqon sends the “Research Started” notice to the email address provided with the order.

Delyqon will not begin research earlier than two hours after receiving both payment and a completed research brief.

Research is considered to have started when Delyqon sends the “Research Started” notice. After that notice has been sent, refunds are generally not available because the service involves customized manual research and analysis.

Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate payment, non-delivery, material failure to provide the purchased service, or where required by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules.

Research Status Updates

Delyqon may send official order status communications, including “Order Confirmed,” “Research Started,” “Report Delivered,” and customer support messages, to the email address provided with the order.

The date and time of the “Research Started” email will serve as the official record of when customized research begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information when submitting requests.
